Raspberry Sorbet

I'm in love with every little detail of this sorbet; between the color, texture, and of course- flavor, it's a win to eat icecream for any meal and still be reaping the benefits of nutrition.

*Try to use really ripe bananas as they are much sweeter, and better for digestion!

INGREDIENTS (serves 2)

  • 4-6 Frozen Bananas
    • Peel your ripe bananas and freeze them in a zip bag at least for 3 hours
  • 1 -2 Cups Frozen Raspberries
  • Pistachios (optional)

STEPS

  • Place frozen bananas and raspberries in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
    *I love to put some raw pistachios on top but that is totally optional.
